BB Tires

I went to this shop yesterday for my break pads. I was quoted ridiculous prices from 2 tire establishments down the street. I bought my brakes at Auto Zone and these young guys replaced my breaks at a reasonable price with no fluff. My brakes work fine. I am pleased and will recommend them to others. Thanks guys.

Went here few days ago as my son wanted to see "the kid mechanic" (that's what he calls 'em) to see about installing a catalytic converter on a Honda Element, pretty straight forward job. He quoted me an outrageous price of $350 claiming a bolt might be stripped, asking for $300, but he was firmly set on $350. Told him whatever, go ahead. So, later I asked Ai what's the going labor rate in installing a catalytic converter, it's anywhere from $70 to $200 for less than 1 hr job. Came back later, he took me underneath the car showing me that's there's a stripped bolt & that he needs to go out and buy an Extractor kit. I told him forget it (thinking now this labor rate is going up to $500+, I gotta get the hell out of Dodge). He gets upset saying that I need to pay him for his time, $150 (for nothing being done). I said fine! Paid & got the hell out of there. I also noted that BB Tires no longer has their sign out in front claiming that they do suspension, shocks, brakes. It seems as though they now only do... Tires. Went over to Preferred Auto (have review there) where they gladly took me in. If you want the best care, go to a real knowledgeable place, Preferred Auto, that sticks wi

PLEASE READ!!!!Took a set of 4 brand new tires to have mounted on my truck and besides taking 2 hours to do 4 tires they put so much weight on them that they bent my brakes hardware and when I drove on the freeway the whole truck will shake bad!! Meaning they did not balance right would not recommend if you want things fixed right the first time!!!! They do not have the knowledge of doing tires and should not be doing it is hazardous and not safe!

Just got my tire replaced after it shredded on the freeway! I was stressing because nobody was open on a Sunday BUT bb tires was open! The guy had my tire replaced quickly and it was a VERY affordable and reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back anytime I need a tire replaced!
